The Application Process

1. Submit Application

   Send us your application directly via the online form. Don't forget to attach compelling videos and the list of prepared pieces so that the instructors and accompanists can prepare accordingly.

2. Confirmation of Receipt

   After receiving your application, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with the data you provided. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received an email, please contact us at office@musiktage-festival.com.

3. Participation Confirmation

   Once the instructor has accepted you, you will receive a confirmation of participation via email. This will include information about participation and payment of course fees. In case you are not selected for participation, you will also receive a notification via email.

4. Further Information

   In good time before the course starts, you will receive additional information about the location and schedule of your masterclasses via email.

5. Participation

   On the first day of the course, please arrive independently at the course location at the time specified in the course documents.
